CAI presents the annual Keystone Executive Leadership Retreat in Lancaster, PA. Join your management company and large scale community colleagues at this one-of-a-kind executive education program for CEOs and Senior Executives in community association management companies and large scale managers.

Who Should Attend

The Management Executive Retreat is an exclusive gathering that will most benefit the following chapter members:

• CEOs and senior executives of community association management companies.
• Large Scale Community Managers

Registration is limited to this group. If you believe you should be able to attend but cannot register online, please contact the chapter.

What is included in your conference registration:

• Participation in all sessions and meals included in the event (welcome reception and dinner on Wednesday; breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, cocktail hour on Thursday)
• Optional golf event on Wednesday afternoon (space is limited on a first come first served basis)
• Optional Lancaster Brewery Tour on Wednesday night (space is limited on a first come first served basis)

Please note: Due to contractual commitments with the host site, we are unable to refund registrations for cancellations made after August 10. Substitutions will be accepted for attendees who may need to cancel after this date.

Book Your Overnight Hotel Stay 

A limited block of hotel rooms are available at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square at the group rate of $169 per night, plus tax. Book your room by calling the hotel at 717-239-1600. In order to receive the special group room rate, inform the reservations staff that you are attending the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter event. Guests must provide a credit card to guarantee the first night's room rate. The guarantee is non-refundable unless cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained at the time of cancellation. The deadline to reserve a room at the group rate is August 19, 2024. Please be aware of overnight hotel room scams where attendees may receive an email claiming to represent CAI or the host hotel. Do not book your room by any method except calling the hotel directly or using the link that will be in your registration confirmation email.

Covid-19 Code of Conduct for Events

The chapter has adopted a Covid Code of Conduct for all in person meetings and events. By submitting a registration for a CAI chapter program or event, attendees agree to the CAI Communicable Disease Related Hold Harmless, Release, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement.
