This session will cover various ideas and strategies to recruit homeowner volunteers in your community, including the following:

  • Tips and tricks for stocking your community's pipeline of future volunteers
  • Psychology/Sociology of why people volunteer and what makes them tick
  • What are the board & management roles in soliciting volunteers?
  • Different types of committees for your community and the types of people needed for them.
