Help Recognize the 2025 Class of CAI Keystone Emerging Leaders Under 40

Community Associations Institute is proud to celebrate International Community Association Managers Day on June 13. This day is dedicated to more than 55,000 community association managers in the U.S. and thousands more worldwide. We believe that community association managers are the professional backbone of the condominium communities and homeowners associations that they serve, providing the skills and expertise that are essential to successful operations and governance.  

Join us in Philadelphia for this member experience event to celebrate our managers!  Plus, participate in the E² Trivia Challenge! This interactive game will put your industry knowledge to the test. Compete with fellow attendees, showcase your skills and see who can rise to the top! Finally, we'll recognize the 2025 Class of CAI Keystone Emerging Leaders Under 40. Battle of the Minds: The E² Trivia Challenge

Get ready for a trivia showdown hosted by CAI Keystone’s PULSE Committee! This interactive game will put your industry knowledge to the test with a mix of fun and challenging questions covering the Industry and CAI.

Attendees will be randomly assigned to teams, creating a unique opportunity to connect and collaborate with fellow business partners, managers, and homeowner leaders. Build your network while bringing your A-game!

CAI Member Business Partners - $99; Register before the May 12th Early Bird Registration Deadline and save $20 off the regular registration fee.

The chapter has adopted a Covid Code of Conduct for all in person meetings and events.
