CAI presents the annual Keystone Executive Leadership Retreat in Skytop, PA. Join your management company and large scale community colleagues at this one-of-a-kind executive education program for CEOs and Senior Executives in community association management companies and large scale managers.

Who Should Attend

The Keystone Executive Leadership Retreat is an exclusive gathering that will most benefit the following chapter members:

  • CEOs and senior executives of community association management companies.
  • Large Scale Community Managers

Registration is limited to this group. If you believe you should be able to attend but cannot register online, please contact the chapter.

What is included in your conference registration:

  • Participation in all sessions and meals included in the event (meals include welcome reception and dinner on October 20; breakfast and lunch on October 21 and 22, networking reception on October 21.)
  • Optional Entertainment on Monday, October 20 - choose from Sherlock Holmes Escape Room or Cocktail Challenge (space is limited on a first come first served basis)

Please note: Due to contractual commitments with the host site, we are unable to refund registrations for cancellations made after September 19. Substitutions will be accepted for attendees who may need to cancel after this date.

Business Partners may participate through sponsorship only.

Book Your Overnight Hotel Stay 

A limited block of hotel rooms are available at Skytop Lodge at the group rate of $269 per night, plus tax and service charge. Once you are registered to attend, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the information on how to book your overnight room at Skytop Lodge. Guests must provide a credit card and will be charged a deposit in the amount of one night's stay. The deadline to reserve a room at the group rate is September 20, 2025.

Please be aware of overnight hotel room scams where attendees may receive an email claiming to represent CAI or the host hotel. Do not book your room by any method except calling the hotel directly at the number above.

Members save $90 on registration fees for this event. Register before the September 29, 2025, Early Bird Registration Deadline and save another $40 off the regular registration fees below.

Payment for event registrations is expected at the time of registration.

Managers attending this program for continuing education will only be awarded credits for those sessions you attend. Managers who leave the program early will not receive the full continuing education credits for this program.

Registration for this event is only open to management company CEOs and senior executives and managers. Business partner attendees must be sponsors of the event. Any Business Partner registrations that are made from non sponsoring companies will be canceled and refunded.

 This course is Approved by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification.  This course will earn managers (7) continuing education credit hours
