CAI Keystone's 2026 committee chairs, vice chairs, board liaisons, and staff are invited to join us for this important virtual orientation session. Get your committee ready to go and off on the right foot by learning more about the chapter's committee structure, expectations, and opportunities to shape the chapter through your committee's work. You'll hear from 2026 Chapter President Joyce Sachs, your staff liaisons, and get to discuss your early ideas for your committee and how you can work with other committees to advance the chapter's mission and goals, and will hear helpful tips from our special guest presenter!

Aaron is Founder & President of Event Garde, a consulting firm boasting more than 125 clients, that forms collaborative partnerships to address solution design, development, and implementation.

Aaron is a nationally recognized meeting strategist, facilitator, and learning designer with more than two decades of association experience. He specializes in creating engaging, multisensory learning and networking experiences. A certified Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator and mentor trainer, Aaron prioritizes participatory and equitable approaches to consensus building and strategic planning. 

Beyond the boardroom, Aaron finds joy in celebrity autobiographies, true crime podcasts, traveling with his husband, Trevor, and walking their Mini Goldendoodle, Luca.
