Katz, Esq. of Becker & Poliakoff will break down what fiduciary duty means for board members and how it applies to real-world governance, decision-making, and oversight.

Attendees will explore the core duties of care, loyalty, and obedience; common pitfalls that expose boards and associations to liability; and best practices for acting in the association’s best interest, even in challenging or contentious situations.
