In order to receive the special group room rate, inform the reservations staff that you are attending the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter event. Guests must provide a credit card to guarantee the first night's room rate. The guarantee is non-refundable unless cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained at the time of cancellation.
