Presenters: Bre LeCadre, Property Management Inc. | Jennifer Nicrone, Property Management Inc. | Carey Twigg CMCA, AMS Property Management Inc.

Session 1: Let's Play Jeopardy

Jeopardy categories will cover the important and varied roles of community association board members and the responsibilities of officers and elected board members.

Session 2: Tycoon: Create A Committee and Recruit Volunteers

Committees and volunteers are critical to the governance and management of most community associations. Immerse yourself in the world of committees and volunteers in this interactive session, which will have teams focus on creating and planning committees to help guide and govern a community association.

Session 3: Common Knowledge - Do you know what you think you know?

We will challenge you with everyday questions that, in theory, everyone should know the answers. Community Association leadership often requires consensus, perspective-taking, and understanding the community's mindset.  Common Knowledge reinforces these skills by focusing on shared thinking
