Sound financial planning is the foundation of every successful community association — especially in the unique seasonal and infrastructure-heavy environment of the Pocono Mountains. Join nationally recognized reserve specialist Mitchell Frumkin, PE, RS, for a practical and informative session exploring the critical components of association budgeting.

Attendees will gain insight into reserve studies, funding strategies, and how to responsibly plan for major repairs and replacements while balancing homeowner expectations.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the differences between operating, capital, and reserve budgets
  • Learn best practices for reserve study utilization and funding strategies
  • Identify common budgeting pitfalls and how to avoid them
  • Explore financial planning considerations unique to Pocono communities
