About This Event

CAI's annual South Jersey Regional Council Legal and Legislative Symposium & Happy Hour will discuss pending and new legislation and how these Bills impact stakeholders in NJ’s common-interest communities. The program will also include a Case Law update on recent court cases that may have in impact on New Jersey's common-interest communities.

Continuing Education Credits

Community managers who attend and complete this course will earn 3 continuing education credits from the Community Association Managers International Certification board (CAMICB) to fulfil continuing education requirements.
