2026 CMCA Study Group

Join us for a study session to help prepare for the CMCA exam! This session will cover material from many of the CMCA exam knowledge categories, such as:

  • Governance, Legal, and Ethical Conduct
  • Budgets, Reserves, Investments, and Assessments
  • Contracting
  • Financial Controls
  • Risk Management and Insurance
  • Property Maintenance
  • Meetings

Registered attendees will receive a copy of the CMCA Study Guide in advance of the study session. Registration includes continental breakfast and box lunch.

$40 for non-members.
Registration for this event is only open to community managers. If you are another member type that is planning to sit for the CMCA exam and wish to register, please contact the chapter staff.

The chapter has adopted a Covid Code of Conduct for all in person meetings and events. By submitting a registration for a CAI chapter program or event, attendees agree to the CAI Communicable Disease Related Hold Harmless, Release, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement.
