Community association volunteer leaders have a special responsibility to the association and the owners they serve. This webinar will discuss board member fiduciary duties under statutes, association bylaws provisions and the business judgement rule. The program will also cover the topics of self-dealing and fraud and how to separate personal versus association concerns and areas of potential conflicts of interest.
