| Description |
House Bill 1795 was signed into law by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf on November 3, 2022, after the Bill saw multiple amendments that were supported by CAI to lessen the impacts of the Bill. This webinar will walk you through the extensive changes to voting procedures that will impact many community associations in Pennsylvania, explain provisions including what a vote management system and an independent vote monitor are, and will also explain provisions granting community associations the ability to continue to meet virtually and hold elections electronically.
