This often-forgotten system is an important part of the community’s infrastructure and aids in dealing with the rainwater and possible flood prevention. This session will discuss the ins & outs of stormwater systems, specific components, common problems, maintenance suggestions for the basins and overall system, how local municipalities are handling stormwater ordinances that affect communities, and the expectations placed on associations for long-term stormwater maintenance.
