This will include trends such as: Aquatics, fitness and wellness, food and beverage, pets, resident events, technology, and more Trends in costs associated with insurance, utilities, staffing, and amenities Revenue-generating strategies to combat rising operational costs Future-proofing insights for long-term capital planning
