- Highlight emerging trends and best practices in governance, operations, maintenance, and resident relations — shaped by recent shifts in regulation, economics, and resident expectations.
- Examine challenges that community associations are facing today (e.g., aging infrastructure, compliance demands, financial planning, evolving community demographics).
